Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience); 3+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects; Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders; Proficiency with change management tools (e.g., Microsoft Azure DevOps); Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects; and.
