Contract Vehicle Management: Lead the financial management of Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Cost-Plus (CPFF/CPAF/CPIF), and Time-and-Materials (T&M) contract structures, establishing clear metrics to track profitability, burn rates, and unliquidated obligations. · BOM & Hardware Planning: Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing to conduct rigorous Bill of Materials (BOM) cost planning, monitoring hardware spend, material variances, and supplier cost inputs.
