Provides leadership, structure, prioritization, follow-through, and escalation across programs that may include, but are not limited to, New Product Introduction (NPI) coordination, project execution and delivery, Spray King program coordination, systems development and enhancements, shop floor continuous improvement initiatives, throughput scaling, cost and margin improvement programs, delivery reliability initiatives, data and performance visibility initiatives, and interim leadership of assigned business programs such as Logistics until permanent ownership is established. The state-of-the-art facility, located on Texas Central Parkway, is the worksite for a range of fabricated products including HOLT Spray King water tanks, engine and generator packaging enclosures, oilfield engine skids, and a full line of land management tools such as root plows and root rakes.
