Primary responsibilities include: leading all daily manufacturing operations activities, proactively developing and implementing effective process improvements, coordinating daily requirements for Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Management, Quality and Material Logistics support, development of methods, metrics and organizational goals to achieve on-time, on budget, defect free delivery of airframe structures and associated components. Ensure that a positive employee relations position is maintained promoting teamwork and cooperation, and the Company's management principles, policies, and programs are consistently practiced and work closely with Industrial Relationships support staff.
