Payroll, Incentives & Working Capital: Oversee payroll and labor accounting, cost-center allocations, labor and incentive accruals, accounts receivable aging, collections trends, reserves, approved disbursements, bank reconciliations, treasury coordination, cash controls, and recurring items including prepaids, leases, and fleet activity. This role serves as the senior accounting leader for Champion, partnering closely with the Division President and operational leadership to ensure financial accuracy, strengthen controls, improve profitability, and translate financial results into actionable business insights.
