You will be facilitating and leading training for all first-year tax pros in your market, assigning additional trainings as needed, validating the accuracy of Tax Preparation of your cohort, reviewing operational deliverables (ie Amex, WFG, NPS), assisting with holds, overrides, voids and discounts, and providing support via Teams, LogMeIn and in person mentorship (as applicable).
