The Field Services Technician is responsible for assisting with installations, uninstalls, and maintenance of StarTouch's microwave Internet service to StarTouch customers (both residential and commercial); assisting in performing maintenance an equipment installations at company tower sites and terminal facilities including cable pulling and general networking duties, and adhering to company policies including accurate document maintenance, and professionally representing StarTouch Broadband Services through contact with customers and the work performed.
