The Field Technician will be dispatched throughout the assigned service region to diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform equipment installations and preventive maintenance, support network connectivity, and complete hardware and infrastructure-related projects. The role will be responsible for troubleshooting, installing, configuring, repairing, and maintaining a variety of IT hardware, peripherals, printers, wide-format printers, plotters, kiosks, POS systems, networking equipment, and related software.
