Job Summary: The OSP Quality Control Technician is responsible for reviewing and evaluating construction projects, including: using the plan design against new build, span and drop replacements (if needed), risers, aerial installations, bonding and grounding of the strand (messenger), proper installation of any ADSS self-supporting fiber-optic cable, splice cases and cabinets, splitters and XWDM (Wavelength Division Multiplexing), underground installations (bores, vaults, and trenches) and MDU lockbox replacements.
