The Production Supervisor will lead daily production activities, coach and develop employees, coordinate workflow, resolve operational challenges, and ensure the assigned department consistently meets its safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and inventory goals. The Production Supervisor works closely with the Plant Manager and other departments to meet production objectives, address operational concerns, develop employees, and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and inventory performance.
