CCBHC utilizes an integrated person, and family centered treatment plan to help ensure the individuals needs are being met. CCBHC offers access to care for any individual seeking help for mental health, substance use, or community support regardless of diagnosis, residence, or ability to pay. The individual will have the ability to sign up for weekday, evening/overnight or weekend coverage according to their availability.  Frequency of coverage is extremely flexible.Compensation: $45 per hour for time worked, (travel, documentation, and with client) and $25/day stipend (one week=$225)Work Schedule: on call overnight hours as neededMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (one or more of the following qualifications to be met):<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, nursing, education) and a minimum of one year of experience in behavioral or mental health services.</li><li>High School Diploma and two years of experience within human services</li></ul>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Provides crisis intervention and risk assessment of clients for referral sources such as community members, law enforcement, or school systems. client needs and makes recommendations and referrals to the appropriate levels of care following a clinical consultation. Assessments are provided on-site and face to face,</li><li>Conduct a crisis focused assessment and documentation to be completed within 24 hours of crisis call.</li><li>Establishes an intervention plan, with client and referral source l participation, which specifies immediate treatment needs and follow-up.</li><li>Maintains relationships with key community resources, as well as provide referrals to clients.</li><li>Ability to handle complex cases.</li><li>Ability to be on-call, Monday through Friday. Hours include availability from 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM on weekdays, the entire weekend, and holidays. On-call requires answering and responding to crisis calls during the daytime hours and ability to respond to situations on-site during those hours within the time outlined in agency policy.</li><li>Is dependable and punctual regarding scheduling and attendance.</li><li>Refers to other Heartland Family Service programs and other community services, as necessary either concurrent with services or for aftercare.</li><li>Maintains clinical records, meeting established standards of timeliness and completeness.</li><li>Is prompt and accurate in completing all required reports and other requirements.</li><li>Displays a courteous and caring attitude at all times to the clientele, volunteers, and visitors of the Agency.</li><li>Cooperates and collaborates with program area staff, volunteers, and other Agency staff.</li><li>Abides by all specific program and Agency procedures, policies, and requirements.</li><li>Develops personal and program related skills through participation in internal and external training opportunities including printed material and audio and/or visual media.</li><li>*Creates, maintains, and shares an appropriate and dynamic self-care plan.</li><li>*Strives to make connections between the agency and the larger community whenever possible to contribute to the agency’s ongoing fundraising and friend-raising efforts.</li><li>*Essential functions of this job are to be performed remotely from home on the HFS remote worksite.</li><li>Performs other program related duties as assigned.</li></ul><ul></ul>*DENOTES ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
