• Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries
• Contact outbound leads and follow up with prospective customers
• Conduct detailed move consultations and gather inventory information
• Provide accurate pricing and customized moving solutions
• Close sales and meet or exceed monthly booking goals
• Maintain detailed customer records in CRM systems
• Upsell additional services (packing, storage, specialty items, etc.)
• Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for smooth scheduling
• Deliver exceptional customer service from first contact to move day
• Handle objections professionally and convert inquiries into bookings

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience (moving, logistics, call center, or service sales preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong phone presence and persuasive communication skills
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity
