Schedules panelists for clinical trials Answers incoming phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner, taking detailed messages when necessary Updates panelist information in the panelist database Enters new panelist information sheets into panelist database Sends panelist information sheets to prospective panelists via mail, email and/or fax (this responsibility is shared with Supervisor of Recruiting Makes reminder calls to panelists Makes cancellation calls to panelists when needed Pays owed referral fee(s) to the appropriate person Performs Receptionist duties as needed Archives panelists' applications Assists Supervisor of Recruiting with other tasks assigned Other duties as may be assigned from time to timeAbout you: High school diploma or equivalent, or six months to one-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
