Monitor and manage patients with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, traumatic fractures, respiratory compromise (BiPAP, CPAP, tracheostomies, chronic vent-dependent patients), reconstructive/microvascular surgery, and advanced diabetic management. Work in a state-of-the-art 24-bed unit with private rooms, in-ceiling lift equipment, and centralized telemetry monitoring - part of the only Level 1 Trauma Center in West Virginia.
