Located on a 2,000-acre site in the redwoods of Mendocino County, Camp Mendocino serves over 1,400 youth annually through transformative summer camp experiences, while operating year-round for school groups, youth-serving organizations, corporate retreats, weddings, and community gatherings. Reporting to the Executive Director and functioning under the senior leadership team of BGCSF, the Camp Director drives staff culture, youth recruitment and enrollment strategy, rental group recruitment and execution, marketing communications, customer service, and budget management.
