Serve as lead or first-chair counsel on sophisticated commercial, construction, and business litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, corporate governance issues, class actions, financial services litigation, construction litigation, intellectual property litigation, healthcare litigation, products liability litigation, and multi-jurisdictional disputes. Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations with minimal supervision, and collaborate with attorneys across the firm’s business, health care, labor and employment, intellectual property, real estate, and other practices to deliver coordinated client solutions.
