In this role, the Project Architect/Job Captain will oversee projects from design through completion.Project Architect / Job Captain Responsibilities:<ul><li>Client relations throughout the project alongside a Project Manager</li><li>Design of educational, civic, and faith-based project work</li><li>Development and coordination of project documents through all phases of a project, from design through construction documents</li><li>Lead and provide guidance to architectural staff throughout projects</li><li>Coordinates design activity between the client, departments, and consultants.</li><li>Monitors project progress for all disciplines as to the development of the design of the project</li></ul>Project Architect / Job Captain Qualifications:<ul><li>Master's or Bachelor's of Architecture</li><li>Registered Architect or the ability to become licensed</li><li>7+ years of experience working on similar projects.</li><li>Adept at design modeling and drafting with Revit</li><li>Proficient knowledge and understanding of building codes, design, and construction</li><li>Previous experience working on educational projects is ideal</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Health & Dental insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>401k with company contribution</li><li>Performance-based bonus opportunities  </li><li>Paid professional licensure renewals </li></ul> Be the first to learn about future positions by joining our Newsletter and following us on LinkedIn!Konik is an equal opportunity employer.
