Join our prestigious team! The Outing Club is the oldest private club in the Quad Cities and has become synonymous with quality in relation to both food and service! We are currently looking to add dedicated service professionals to assist us in delivering a professional and inviting dining experience that exceeds members expectations! We are specifically looking to add a "Floor Captain" to our ranks! Prior service experience is a plus, however all applicants should be adaptable to or willing to learn several styles of service ranging from formal restaurant table service to large and small banquet style service.As our Floor Captain, you'd be the face of The Outing Club's A la Carte program! One's responsibilities would include but would not be limited to:<ul><li>Assisting in the training and development of the Front of House staff.</li><li>Overseeing our A la Carte service and ensuring service standards are being met.</li><li>Helping to ensure service reset is completed and was executed correctly.</li><li>"Touching Tables" to ensure member satisfaction throughout service times.</li><li>Assisting in closing duties and shifts</li></ul>Hours are flexible however having evening, weekend, and occasional holiday holiday availability is beneficial!Pay is based on experience!Perks include (but are not limited to): Free Meals while on duty, a Christmas Bonus Program, and a fun and rewarding work environment!
