This role acts as the leader during events, maintaining high standards in service, presentation, and professionalism.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead and supervise catering staff during events (servers, bartenders, setup crew)</li><li>Coordinate event setup, execution, and breakdown according to client specifications</li><li>Serve as the main point of contact for clients during events</li><li>Ensure food and beverage service meets quality and presentation standards</li><li>Manage event timelines and ensure everything runs on schedule</li><li>Assign roles and delegate tasks to team members effectively</li><li>Handle guest requests and resolve any issues quickly and professionally</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards at all times</li><li>Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery</li><li>Complete post-event reports and provide feedback to management</li></ul>

Responsibilities:
We are looking for purpose-driven Shift Leader / Team Captain to become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. As a Shift Leader / Team Captain you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle, but also provide guidance to Team Members when General Managers are not in the store. The successful Shift Leader / Team Captain will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.

Qualifications:
<ul><li style="text-align:justify">Blends delicious tasting smoothies.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered. </li><li style="text-align:justify">Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience</li><li style="text-align:justify">Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Performs opening and/or closing duties.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Performs store checklist tasks. </li><li style="text-align:justify">Shows up on time and ready to work.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King</li><li style="text-align:justify">Assists in Team Member management throughout shift.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.</li></ul>

Education and Experience Requirements:
<ul><li style="text-align:justify">Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude.</li><li style="text-align:justify">At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.</li></ul>
