Key Responsibilities Self-dispatch or communicate with dispatch department to receive case load Transport and operate portable sonographic equipment at various client facilities Perform ultrasound exams ordered by physicians and send images digitally to Radiologist Verify patient identity using two identifiers and confirm exam orders before scanning Check voicemail and dispatch system regularly during shift Maintain company uniform, name tag, and phone on person Respond to urgent communications within 15 minutes Attend required meetings and training sessions Maintain vehicle and equipment in good condition Comply with medical ethics, drug-free workplace policies, and company code of conduct Train other technologists as required Complete daily scanning of exam paperwork and billing per protocol Provide documentation of medical physical exams, TB screening, and infection control annually.
