Configure, test, validate, and optimize integrations between ECG management solutions and electronic medical record (EMR), hospital information systems (HIS), radiology information system (RIS), cardiology, and device environments, including HL7 workflows for admission/discharge/transfer (ADT), orders, scheduling, results, and billing, as well as DICOM Modality Worklist and other DICOM-based data exchange. Troubleshoot complex implementation issues involving HL7 and DICOM message flow, structured query language (SQL), databases, virtual servers, networking, connectivity, system configuration, data integrity, and performance; perform root-cause analysis and drive sustainable resolution.
