Clinical Responsibilities Comprehensive non-invasive cardiology practice, including inpatient (CCU/consultative services) and outpatient care Interpretation of stress testing, ECGs, and ambulatory rhythm monitoring Advanced echocardiography, including transesophageal and stress echocardiography Opportunities for cardiac imaging, including nuclear cardiology, cardiac CT, and potential involvement in cardiac MRI, based on training and interest Supervision and teaching of cardiology fellows, residents, and medical students through our academic partnership with the University of Colorado Qualifications Required: MD or DO degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease Level II echocardiography training Commitment to team-based care and service to a diverse, multicultural patient population Preferred: Advanced echocardiographic expertise (3D echo, strain imaging) Level III echocardiography and/or NBE certification Certification in nuclear cardiology and/or cardiac CT Procedural TEE experience Academic Appointment Denver Health is an integrated clinical and academic partner of the University of Colorado School of Medicine .
