The preparation of these entails all elements required to produce accurate financials including (but not limited to), bank reconciliations, general ledger adjustments, accrual calculations, gross potential rent reconciliations, owner/lender/agency/audit inquiries, reconciliation of all reports and statements. This position offers flex scheduling - 2 days at home, 3 days in the office (which includes free, connected heated parking ramp), excellent pay and benefits, and a great work environment!
