Relevant Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Seeking both experienced - two years and above, and newly trained providersBoard Eligible/Board Certified in Cardiology Medicine, Nuclear Cardiology or Echocardiography with a preference for Level II or Level III Core Cardiovascular Training Statement (COCATS) -Certification Must maintain certification in nuclear cardiology from The Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology (CBNC)Must maintain certification in echocardiography from the National Board of Echocardiography (NBE)Must maintain radiation safety certification from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Must possess current, unrestricted New York State license or be eligible for licensureMust possess active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration or be eligible for registrationMust possess active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or be eligible to enrollBasic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification strongly preferredMust possess strong communication skills both oral and writtenComfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and Microsoft Office.
