This position is responsible for ensuring that patients with implanted cardiac devices are receiving appropriate monitoring and follow up, including but not limited to scheduling remote transmissions, trouble-shooting connectivity issues, providing patient education about remote monitoring and billing, following up on missed transmissions, and responding to patients’ questions. Receives the remote transmissions, prepares reports for providers, coordinates with device RNs, and ensures scheduling of the appropriate follow up (in clinic visit or remote transmission).
