Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reviewing all aspects of the patient bill(s), collection of liability for upcoming procedure(s), collecting residual and past due balances, reviewing alternate options for benefit coverage for both medical and pharmaceutical services, securing authorizations, setting up fee arrangements, and backfilling for coverage at other locations. Individuals who reside in and will work from the following areas are not eligible for remote work position: Colorado, California, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington D.C.
