Complete construction and renovation tasks, including basic carpentry, framing, drywall installation and repair, flooring installation and repair, and installation or replacement of doors, trim, and fixtures. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems, performing general maintenance and construction tasks, and helping ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.
