You'll work collaboratively with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, patients, and families to deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care while supporting WakeMed's commitment to nursing excellence and Patient & Family Centered Care. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care to patients and their families through the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
