You will work closely with Operations Coordinators, Patient Care Coordinators, the Logistics Manager, Team Leads, leadership, and outside vendors to identify and resolve operational issues, maintain clear communication, and ensure important work is completed accurately and on time. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will provide leadership to the Operations team while maintaining oversight of fleet readiness, operational systems, coverage needs, vendor coordination, projects, and day-to-day operational priorities.
