Responsibilities may include answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing or word processing, office machine operation, filing, monitoring persons and/or vehicles entering or leaving the Clinic property, provides support to ensure a safe environment, communicates all concerns to their supervisor, various light maintenance and environmental services duties, and performs routine safety inspection of Clinic monitoring devices.
