Caregivers on the PM shift focus their duties as follows: Assist with resident activities as scheduled, meal preparation, medication management, housekeeping/laundry as directed by the administrator, and any required recordkeeping and documentation. Direct personal resident services: Assist residents with activities of daily living such as showering, dressing, and escort services as needed.
