Capital/Equipment – includes daily check-out and check-in of equipment, tracks gas usage for all department vehicles monthly; keeps office, yard, and equipment organized, clean, and safe which may include supervising disposal of yard waste, supervising container organization and inventory, checking trucks/equipment for needed repairs and cleanliness, inspecting safety gear, both company issued and production crews personal items, supervises equipment maintenance; responsible for locking building and gates, setting on/off the alarm during assigned opening and closing weeks and/or days; establishing and tracking daily production targets, incentives, safety records and compares to revenue targets and past records, tracks warranty replacement of products and compares with historical averages. This position will be working both indoors in a smoke-free office environment with a moderate noise level as well as working outdoors on BAM’s property as well as on customer’s properties; while working outdoors this position will encounter varying, sometimes adverse, weather conditions, temperatures, and environmental factors possibly including dust, pesticides, smoke, debris, sawdust, and loud noise.
