This includes providing assistance with clients' activities of daily living, including: personal care, maintaining mobility, nutrition/hydration, elimination/toileting, using assistive devices, administering medications, managing the clients' environment and providing client safety, collecting data, observing, listening, recording and reporting. Responsibilities and Requirement: In the process of client care the caregiver shall consistently: Assist client with safe transfers (bed, wheelchair, toilet, chair, etc.) using proper techniques and equipment (e.g., gait belt, transfer board, Hoyer lift if applicable).
