We seek patient and dedicated caregivers to assist adults with developmental disabilities in their neighborhood home. Our Caregivers / DSPs provide support to adults living in CILA homes (Community Integrated Living Arrangements) with around-the-clock care. Developmental Foundations, a family-owned company providing quality residential services since 1986, is hiring Caregivers / DSPs for our group homes in ­­­­­Decatur, IL.What you can expect:<ul><li style="background:#ffffff">Network of support - trainers, nurses, supervisors and co-workers</li><li style="background:#ffffff">A sense of belonging, connection and caring, in a home-like setting</li><li style="background:#ffffff">Work schedules may include a combination of weekdays, weekends and holidays</li></ul>Pay:<ul><li style="background:#ffffff">$18.75/hour</li></ul>Benefits (for eligible employees may include):<ul><li style="background:#ffffff">DSP training is provided and paid.
