Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed based on patient's progress and response to treatment- Educate patients on their condition, treatment options, and at-home care techniques to manage TMJ symptoms, orthodontics and holistic dentistry- Communicate and collaborate with other healthcare providers, including dentists, wellness providers, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients with referral reports - Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, documenting all treatments and progress- Stay current on developments in TMJ treatment, biological dentistry and incorporate new techniques and technologies into patient care- Assist with marketing efforts to raise awareness for TMJ Plus Wellness Center and attract new patientsRequirements:- Preferred Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare or medical setting- Knowledge of Dental and related treatment options- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
