Full use of hands, arms, and legs (for washing, bathing, assisting in feeding, and dressing residents, writing notations, operating vacuum cleaners, light housekeeping in resident rooms and bathrooms, etc.). Delivering services and monitoring resident needs according to the resident’s service plan including; personal care, monitoring health needs and assisting residents with medications (as delegated by the LPN/LVN) per state regulations.
