Under the general direction of the Working Foreman of the Building Division and the Building Operations Manager or their designee, perform skilled, rough and finished carpentry work to construct, alter, repair and maintain various items constructed of wood and similar materials; renovation work; windows; glazing work; door and lock installation; general building interior and exterior carpentry repairs. Conduct necessary measuring, squaring, sawing, fitting, sanding, painting, nailing and other activities to construct or build, assemble, repair, modify, renovate and maintain partitions, doors, windows, floors, furniture, building framework, roof repairs and other items.
