GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION: Under the direct supervision of the Senior Director or designee, the Carpentry Specialist maintains records, and conducts installations, repairs, modifications and maintenance of walls, doors, window jams, flooring, ceilings, cabinets and any and all hardware necessary to complete these tasks, as well as masonry work. While in the performance of routine duties, may be required, as needed, to perform all work associated with all maintenance trades of an equal or lower graded classification; where the work or task does not require a specific license.
