During construction, the estimator/PM leads and oversees the full life cycle of self-perform carpentry work, from initial planning through to project completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. The estimator/PM generates budgets, estimates, and proposals with the understanding of the constructability, means and methods, logistics, schedule, risk, and profitability of each project.
