· Performing other trades (light electrical, plumbing, tile and granite, etc.)
· Managing peers (dividing job tasks, working as a team)
· Managing or working with subcontractors
· Recommending job improvements, alternative methods, etc. Perform various aspects of carpentry work including: · Rough/finish carpentry
· Light plumbing and electrical
· Drywall and painting
· Flooring – tile, wood, and vinyl planking
· Occasional on-call hours for emergency services may be needed.
