Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients while managing questions, requests, and issues through resolutionProvide guidance related to payroll processing, timekeeping, benefits administration, HCM functionality, payroll policies, and employee inquiriesMaintain accurate payroll and employee information, including new hires, status changes, compensation adjustments, deductions, tax allocations, and terminationsCoordinate payroll processing activities with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll completionReview payroll information, distribute reports as needed, obtain client approvals, and submit payroll on behalf of clientsStay current on payroll compliance, multi-state wage and hour regulations, payroll tax requirements, HCM system enhancements, and industry best practicesSupport continuous improvement efforts, embrace new technology, and contribute to process enhancements that improve the client experienceMaintain confidentiality of customer and employee information while supporting company policies and proceduresWhat experience and skills do I need to be successful?
