This role will provide extensive specialized knowledge and expertise and will serve as a consultant for all aspects of risk management for the Laboratory, in the functional areas of loss control, safety, loss prevention, training, claims mitigation/claims management with an emphasis in workers compensation, and insurance. Lead, plan, manage, oversee and drive Laboratory-wide loss control initiatives to develop Laboratory safety culture and awareness and to decrease claim costs and frequency, ensuring strategic deliverables and actions that enable the business requirement of the Laboratory.
