The Chief of Hospital Medicine works in a dyad leadership model with the Hospitalist Administrative Director to provide leadership, direction, and oversight for the CAMC Hospital Medicine Program. This physician leader is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered inpatient care while advancing clinical excellence, operational efficiency, quality improvement, physician engagement, and strategic growth.
