This project position, expected to last through 30 June 2028, is working closely with the Health Care Authority (HCA) to administer the array of innovative new Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) services and supports to include medically tailored meals, food and vegetable prescriptions, pantry restocking, air conditioners and installation for high-risk clients with access to cooling, pest eradication services, displacement. We are looking for professionals who have: A Bachelors degree in social sciences, social services, human services, behavioral sciences or an allied field and two years of experience providing social services to people with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
