The ideal candidate has case management experience and/or can provide individualized career services, enjoys working with diverse groups of people, and is a self-starter looking to play a proactive role in helping job seekers with discovering their strengths, goal-planning, and taking actionable steps towards career development. Experience and/or passion for serving individuals from disadvantaged and underserved populations, including but not limited to public assistance recipients, justice-involved individuals, persons with physical and/or mental disabilities, and individuals experiencing homelessness.
