The person filling this position is expected, under general direction, to ensure smooth day-to-day running and supervision of social services staff and services in accordance with program goals, targets, and performance outcomes and all CAMBA and program policies, procedures, and protocols, including the following: Maintain professional relationships with clients and client confidentiality. Conduct and document one-on-one supervision with one or more of the following staff; Recreation Coordinator, Adult Literacy Specialist, Peer Counselors and the Employment Specialist in order to engage clients with the skills to obtain employment or enroll in vocational training programs with the ultimate goal to secure housing.
