You will split your time between Appian Terrace, a 41-unit market-rate residential community located in El Sobrante, CA and The Enclave, a 32-unit market-rate residential community located in Walnut Creek, CA.In this role, you will oversee the daily operations, leasing, financial performance, maintenance, and compliance of the community while delivering exceptional resident service. The ideal candidate has experience in property management, multifamily housing, leasing, resident relations, and team leadership, and is committed to maintaining a high-performing, well-managed community.
