Responsibilities include providing crisis stabilization, case management, behavioral interventions, caregiver support, assessments, referrals, treatment planning, documentation, and coordination with behavioral health, education, child welfare, and juvenile justice systems. The Children's Mobile Intervention Mental Health Case Manager partners with the Intervention Specialist to support youth in crisis and their families in home, school, and community settings.
