Creates and maintain consistent communication channels, both verbal and written, between several parties (i.e., household participants, fiscal administrator, legal team, outreach and engagement staff, stabilization case management staff)Consults with management staff to confirm household has resolved housing crisis prior to exiting from program. Funded through the Los Angeles County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency (LACAHSA), this position plays a critical role in preventing homelessness by connecting clients to rental assistance, legal resources, and supportive services.
