Job Title: RN Care Manager Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Care Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Variable Hours per Shift: 8 hours or 10 hours Experience: 3-5 years clinical experience in medical/surgical nursing, home care, hospital case management, and/or previous utilization review experience License: Active Registered Nurse License Certifications: Must have active BLS; CCM or ACM preferred Must-Have: Utilization review and discharge planning experience Description: We currently have an opportunity for experienced RN Care Managers for a 13-week assignment. Collaboration, education, and leadership within an interdisciplinary team during daily care rounds, care conferences, and care planning are essential.
